The Project Area is located within the borders of Ataşehir District of Istanbul Province. The project area is located at the intersection of Beyaz Sardinia, Fulyalar and Narcissus Streets in Küçükbakkalköy Neighborhood Parcels 1933-1934 within the borders of Ataşehir District. According to the wind and solar analysis of the project area, the part of the area facing the main street is located on the east and west sides. The south facing façade is surrounded by other buildings on the island. For this reason, façade insulation and insolation criteria were planned accordingly in the project that will face the main street. In the project designed with this in mind, the primary criterion was that the interior spaces should be bright and energy efficient.

The concept of “Sociability” has been the main concept inspiration in the Ataşehir Housing project. In the Ataşehir Housing project, which is aimed to be a project that lives day and night with the common areas offered to users in both landscape and terrace areas, a large garden with children’s playgrounds, walking paths and seating areas is also planned. In order to reflect the warm atmosphere targeted in the project, materials such as wood and brick are used in the architecture to strengthen the sense of belonging. In general, warm and natural color tones compatible with the concept were chosen for the facade.
