Located in Küçükbakkalköy Neighborhood 1968/1 Island Parcel within the borders of Ataşehir District, Küçükbakkalköy Dormitory project fronts Şerifali Street. The project area, which draws attention with its proximity to Yeditepe University and Marmara University Başıbüyük Campuses, is aimed to meet the need for student dormitories in the region.

The starting point of the conceptual inspiration for the dormitory project is that every student can be offered a life in the comfort of home and that this is done within the framework of equal opportunities. For this reason, grid forms emphasizing order and equality come to the fore in the concept inspiration. The materials used in the façade are a symbol of durability and reflect a commitment to providing a safe environment for users.

Within the scope of the project, 174 dormitory rooms were planned. It is aimed that each room has a large, spacious and functional arrangement. In addition, areas such as Fitness Center, Dining Hall and Social Terrace area are also planned within the scope of the project for students who will stay in dormitory rooms.

At the ground floor entrance of the project, commercial units such as cafes, restaurants and markets are planned where both day and night residents and students can meet their daily needs. These spaces also create an environment for social interaction, allowing the project to be a dynamic and vibrant environment at all hours of the day.

In the social terrace area located on the top floor of the project, break and gathering areas are created with simple seating arrangements and light plant texture. Within the scope of the project, an indoor parking lot and bicycle parking areas for students are also planned.
