arsaVev Yalova Mövenpick Hotel Project is located in Yalova Province, Çiftlikköy District, Kabaklı Neighborhood and is situated in a region that stands out with its natural structure. The 39,746 m² plot of land within the borders of Kabaklı Village is located at a strategic point just west of the Izmir-Istanbul Motorway, combining ease of transportation and the amenities of city life with the peaceful atmosphere of nature.
The project is designed as a villa typology site in accordance with the building identity of the region. Blending traditional and modern architectural elements, the design aims to offer spacious and comfortable living spaces by prioritizing both aesthetics and functionality. These buildings with high standards will offer a unique living experience to its residents.
The natural structure of the land is very sloping, which makes it necessary to take into account the natural flow of the topography in the design process. Thanks to the dynamism that the slope brings to the project, it is aimed to create a living space in harmony with the environment and in touch with nature. Accordingly, a settlement plan that respects the natural texture of the land and is suitable for the topography has been developed.
The project offers a life intertwined with green spaces, making it possible to get away from the stress of urban life. Supported by social facilities and emphasizing neighborhood relations, this design emphasizes the warmth of neighborhood life.
