arsaVev Yalova Çiftlikköy Project is located in Yalova's Çiftlikköy District, Kabaklı Neighborhood, in a region that stands out with its natural structure. The 39,746.00 m² plot is located close to the Izmir-Istanbul Motorway, offering a life close to city life and intertwined with nature. Within the scope of the project, a site concept consisting entirely of detached, independent sections has been created, and it is aimed to create spacious and comfortable living spaces by combining traditional and modern architectural elements.
Designed to be sensitive to the natural structure and environmental values, the project is characterized by an entrance road from the village road surrounded by plane trees; this road offers a warm welcome atmosphere to the site. The wide pedestrian promenade through the center of the project area provides a connection to social and recreational areas. This promenade, which integrates with nature, increases the social interaction of the users and offers a peaceful living space.
The project includes social amenities such as community spaces, an outdoor swimming pool, playgrounds, sports fields and hobby gardens, creating functional spaces that meet daily needs. The hobby gardens are modular, allowing users to grow their own plants, while the playgrounds are designed in accordance with safety standards. Sports areas are equipped for basic sports and all areas provide easy access.
The interiors of the villas offer a modern interior concept with spacious living areas with open kitchens and large glass surfaces. The terrace areas are directly connected to the courtyard and pool, offering residents social and relaxing spaces. The layout of the villas is designed to support neighborhood relations, creating a strong social bond between the residents. The project offers a safe and friendly living environment by supporting neighborhood culture.
