The R&D and Factory Building Campus Project, which brings together industrial and research activities, prioritizes energy efficiency, sustainability, and employee comfort by combining modern industrial architecture with environmentally friendly elements. Flexible and durable building systems have been designed taking into account the region's climate and geographical conditions.
The R&D and Factory Building Campus has been designed with respect for the surrounding natural landscape, achieving strong harmony with the environment through green spaces and open social areas. The project consists of two phases. The first phase includes the R&D Center, Laboratory, Product Development Center, Conference Hall, and Café, while the second phase includes the Steel Service Center, Scrap Collection Area, and Reserve Areas.
Two different entrance designs that optimize traffic flow safely and comfortably direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Factory and R&D areas separated by green strips ensure a clear division of different functions. This arrangement optimizes the harmony between operations and research activities while increasing functionality across the campus.
The solar panels, shaded columns, and facade eaves used in the project increase energy efficiency, reduce the carbon footprint, and minimize environmental impacts. Steel structures provide long-term environmental benefits through the use of sustainable materials.
The social areas located on campus provide a pleasant living environment for employees and visitors. Sports areas, workshops, cafeterias, and event spaces are designed to blend with the green landscape and are planned to enhance social interaction. Open areas with lake views and extensive landscaping add both aesthetic appeal and functionality to the project.
